Troubleshooting & Replacement Tips

Seen this failure mode before: the monitor card goes Not OK mid-shift, operators silence the alarm, and two hours later you have a bearing wipe. Here is what to check before you condemn the probe and how to swap it cleanly.

Common fault signatures for the 330103 system:

  • Gap voltage out of range (typically <–2 V or >–18 V): Probe tip is either too close, too far, or the probe itself has failed. Measure DC output at the driver with a calibrated meter.
