Troubleshooting and Replacement Tips
All 8 channels showing BAD PV simultaneously is almost always a backplane communication fault, not a field wiring issue. Reseat the module first. If the fault persists after reseating, the backplane edge connector or the module ASIC has failed — swap the module before chasing field cables.
