1. Confirm the exact variant before you pull the card. The 8937-HN and 8939-HN are LCN-bus controller cards; the CC-PCNT01 and TC-RPSC04 are UCN-side process counter modules. They are not interchangeable. Check the silk-screen label on the ejector handle — not the system database, which can be out of sync after a partial migration.

2. Firmware revision matching is non-negotiable. TDC 3000 systems running R600 or earlier will reject a module with a firmware stamp above a certain threshold.
