• Parameter copy function not working: The copy function only works between drives of the same series and capacity. Attempting to copy from an FR-A520-0.4K to an FR-A540-7.5K will fail. Verify drive model match before using the copy feature.

Replacement Checklist

• Power down the inverter and wait for the charge lamp to extinguish (minimum 10 minutes for drives above 7.5 kW).
• Disconnect the PU port cable before removing the old unit — hot-swapping is not supported and can corrupt the inverter’s parameter memory.
