Common failure signatures for the 6RY1703-1HD02:

F005 / F006 — Armature overcurrent or field loss: Before condemning the board, verify the field winding resistance and check for shorted SCRs in the power section. F025 — Speed feedback fault: This fault triggers when the board loses tachogenerator or encoder signal.
