Common Fault Codes & Root Causes:
- DO_ERR / Channel Fault LED solid red: Single-channel transistor failure, typically caused by inductive load kickback from solenoids without flyback diodes. Before swapping the module, verify the field wiring — a shorted actuator will kill the replacement just as fast.
