1. All channels output 0 mA with no fault LED — This is almost always a backplane power issue, not the module itself. Before condemning the IC200ALG326, measure the 5 VDC bus on the carrier. If you moved the module to a different slot during troubleshooting, the I/O configuration table must be updated and re-downloaded to the CPU before the module will respond.
