  • Match the suffix exactly. The -02 driver suffix is not interchangeable with -01 without reconfiguring the monitor’s input card. Confirm your monitor’s channel configuration before ordering an alternative suffix.
  • Torque the connector to spec. 5-44 UNF connectors are hand-tight plus 1/8 turn — no more. Over-torquing cracks the connector body and introduces noise.
  • Re-gap after installation. Use a calibrated gap tool or a digital multimeter on the driver output. Adjust probe depth until DC output is within the monitor’s configured OK range (typically −10.5 ± 0.5 VDC).
