Fault Code 01 / Gap Voltage Out of Range
This is the most common alarm. The Proximitor output sits outside the −10 to −18 VDC window. Before condemning the probe, check the air gap first. If the gap is correct and voltage is still off, measure probe tip impedance — a shorted or open coil confirms probe failure.
