Fault Code ERR_MEMORY_FULL / 50024 – Program Load Failure
This is the most common trigger for a 3HAB5957-1 replacement. It surfaces when RAPID program size exceeds available RAM — typically after a program expansion, multi-task activation, or conveyor tracking integration. The controller will refuse to load the task module and may lock the FlexPendant. Do not attempt a warm restart loop. It will not resolve a hardware memory ceiling.

Pre-Replacement Checklist

  • Perform a full system backup via RobotStudio or the FlexPendant backup wizard before touching any hardware. Store the backup on an external USB — not the controller’s internal flash.
