Ten years on the floor taught me one thing: when an IRC5 cabinet throws a dead-black panel with no LED activity on the DSQC602, you have maybe two diagnostic steps before you just swap the board. Here is the exact sequence I run on-site:

Step 1 — Confirm input power. Measure L1–L2 at the cabinet mains terminal. You need 200–240 V AC. If voltage is present and the DSQC602 status LED (green, top-right of module) is off, the PSU is the prime suspect. Do not waste time on the drive unit yet.
