Fault Code: OK LED off / -24V supply present but no output signal
Nine times out of ten this is a broken conductor inside the armored cable — usually at the probe body junction where vibration stress concentrates. Before condemning the probe, disconnect the extension cable at the Proximitor® and measure probe tip impedance. A healthy 8 mm probe reads approximately 4.5–5.5 Ω.
