Troubleshooting & Replacement Tips
The DSQC417 is the nerve center of the IRC5 drive system. When it fails, the controller typically throws one of the following fault codes before going dark:
- Error 38001 / 38002 — Drive Unit Communication Lost: The main computer (DSQC639/DSQC1000) can no longer handshake with the drive unit over the internal bus.
