  • 38213 – Motor current error (axis 1/2/3): Winding short or open circuit. Measure phase-to-phase resistance at the drive connector — should read within ±5% of OEM spec. Any open reading means the motor is gone.
  • 34301 / 34302 – Joint speed error: Encoder signal dropout or corrupted absolute position data. Before condemning the motor, check the SMB (Serial Measurement Board, HAC026254-001) battery voltage.
