ABB S200-TB3 3-Pole Terminal Block: Stop the Clock on Your Downtime
Every minute a distribution panel sits offline, your production line bleeds money. The ABB S200-TB3 is the OEM-specified 3-pole terminal block for the entire S200 miniature circuit breaker family — and when it fails or gets damaged during a panel retrofit, there is no acceptable substitute. We stock it. We ship it today. From Xiamen to your site, DHL or FedEx, tracked door-to-door.
Whether you are dealing with a cracked housing from over-torquing, a burnt bus bar clip from a fault event, or a missing accessory on a panel that was delivered incomplete — this is the part you need, and we have it on the shelf right now.

Troubleshooting & Replacement Tips
In the field, S200-TB3 failures almost always trace back to one of three root causes. Knowing which one you are dealing with before you pull the panel saves time.
1. Burnt or Deformed Bus Bar Clip (Most Common)
Symptom: Visible discoloration, carbon tracking on the clip interface, or elevated contact resistance measured with a clamp meter. Cause: Sustained overload or a downstream fault that the MCB cleared slowly due to a worn trip mechanism. Fix: Replace the TB3 and inspect the MCB’s trip curve — if the breaker took more than 2 cycles to clear a 10× In fault, the breaker itself may need replacement too.
2. Cracked Terminal Housing
Symptom: Physical crack in the polycarbonate body, often at the screw boss. Cause: Over-torquing during installation (common when technicians use impact drivers on terminal screws) or mechanical shock from a dropped bus bar. Fix: Do not attempt to tape or epoxy a cracked TB3 housing — the creepage distance is compromised. Replace immediately. Torque spec: refer to ABB installation datasheet (available from us on request).
3. Loose or Missing Clip-On Engagement
Symptom: TB3 rocks on the bus bar; intermittent voltage drop under load. Cause: Repeated insertion/removal cycles in panels that are frequently reconfigured, or incorrect installation where the clip was not fully seated before the screw was tightened. Fix: Remove the TB3, inspect the clip spring for fatigue deformation, and replace if the spring no longer snaps audibly when engaged. Re-install with the bus bar de-energized and verify seating before re-energizing.
Configuration Note: The S200-TB3 is a passive accessory — no firmware, no DIP switches, no addressing. However, confirm your installed MCB pole count (1P, 2P, 3P, or 3P+N) before ordering. The TB3 is a 3-pole device; for 3P+N configurations, an additional N-terminal accessory is required alongside the TB3.
Reliability in Harsh Conditions
Distribution panels in cement plants, offshore platforms, and food processing facilities do not get the controlled environment of a data center. The S200-TB3 is built for the real world.
The polycarbonate housing is rated for continuous operation at 55°C ambient — which in a sealed panel with a full load bus bar means the TB3 is routinely operating at 70°C+ surface temperature without degradation. The screw terminal locking mechanism is vibration-tested to IEC standards, meaning it will not back off under the sustained 10–150 Hz vibration profile of a compressor room or a marine engine room. The clip-on bus bar interface maintains its contact force specification across 500+ insertion/removal cycles, making it suitable for panels that are reconfigured seasonally or during annual maintenance shutdowns.
Humidity is handled by the IP20 rating when installed in a closed enclosure. For panels in high-humidity environments (coastal, tropical, or wash-down areas), ensure the enclosure itself provides the required IP rating — the TB3 does its job inside a properly sealed cabinet.
Global Express Logistics
Our warehouse is located in Xiamen, China — one of the most logistics-connected export hubs in Asia, with direct DHL and FedEx gateway access. Here is what happens after you place your order:
Day 0 (Order Confirmed): Stock is pulled, inspected, and packed. Commercial invoice, packing list, and country of origin certificate are prepared. For orders placed before 15:00 CST, same-day dispatch is standard.
Day 1–2 (In Transit): DHL Express or FedEx International Priority departs Xiamen. Real-time tracking number sent to your email within 2 hours of dispatch. Customs clearance documentation is pre-prepared to minimize broker delays at destination.
Day 2–4 (Delivery): Most destinations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe receive shipments within 2–4 business days from dispatch. Australia and the Americas typically 3–5 business days. Remote locations may add 1–2 days.
