2. Intermittent Modbus timeouts — error code 7100 or 7101 in GX Works2
Measure bus voltage between SDA and SDB at idle. It should sit between +1.5 V and +5 V. If floating near 0 V, termination resistors are missing or the master isn’t asserting bias.
