Fault Code %I Reference Lost / Module Not Responding: Before you condemn the IC200MDL640F, check the carrier slot contacts. Hot-Swap Warning: GE does not support hot-swap on VersaMax I/O modules. Power down the carrier segment before pulling the IC200MDL640F. Attempting a live swap risks backplane damage that turns a module replacement into a carrier replacement. Not worth it.
